Terms and Conditions – Lawn Rite & AA Home Partnership

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the offer (“Offer”) provided by The Rite Group Limited (“Lawn Rite”) in partnership with AA Home and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • To qualify for the Offer, you must present the number of your current AA Membership, AA Insurance Policy, or AA Home Subscription during your complimentary site visit and quote.

2. Offer Scope

  • The Offer is applicable only to Lawn Care and Maintenance Services, including lawn mowing, edging, fertilization, and weed control.
  • The Offer applies solely to services carried out by Lawn Rite and excludes any third-party costs required to complete the service (e.g., additional equipment hire, tree removal, or landscaping).
  • The Offer does not cover travel expenses.

3. Quoting and Service Agreement

  • The Offer is conditional upon the successful completion of the quoting process under Lawn Rite’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found on the Lawn Rite website.

4. Residential Use Only

  • The Offer is available exclusively for domestic/residential properties and is not applicable to commercial properties or businesses.
  • Lawn Rite reserves the right to decline the job if the property is deemed unsuitable or if providing the service would negatively impact the brand.

5. Non-Transferable

  • The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other products or services.

6. Promotions and Discounts

  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

7. Additional Charges

  • Any additional costs or changes required to complete the service will be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Lawn Rite reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms at any time.

9. Promotional Consent

  • By participating in the Offer, you agree to be contacted by Lawn Rite for promotional purposes.
  • Your personal information may be shared with affiliated companies for purposes related to this Offer.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will be collected and held by The Rite Group Ltd at their office located at 5/278 Kahikatea Drive, Frankton, Hamilton 3204.
